Q: Is this site legit? Where did it come from?

A: Hello, I’m Max Lindley, the sole owner and operator of The Retro Recovery. For the past eight years I’ve been selling sneakers and about three years ago I began selling vintage clothing and sportswear. I have over 2,000 transactions and over 600 five star reviews on Grailed & Depop, you can view that HERE.  On January 5th, 2020 I started The Retro Recovery on Instagram. After eight years of buying, selling, and trading vintage clothing and sneakers I’m launching my own web store. 

Q: Are items new or worn?

A: All items are assumed to be worn, unless stated otherwise. Each item will have a description that describes the item's respective condition. A brand new item will be listed as “DS” (Deadstock), “NWT” (New with tags), or “Brand New”. 

Q: Are the items on your site authentic?

A: All items listed are 100% authentic, unless stated otherwise. Bootlegs, reprints, or replica products will always be listed as so and these items will never be listed as authentic. ie: A fake jersey will be marked as “fake” in the title & description. If you have any questions you can reach us through the “Contact Us” section. 

Q: How long do orders take to ship? 

A: Orders are shipped within two days of purchase, with the exception of holidays and weekend. 

Q: Do you accept returns?

 A: All sales are final, so returns are not accepted at this time, if you have a problem with your order please reach out through our “Contact Us” form.
